Pene Pati’s new album: “Nessun Dorma”

Pene Pati, Winner of the Second and Audience Prizes in Operalia 2015, released his new album “Nessun Dorma”, with favorites and rarities – two of them in world premiere recordings, including works by Puccini, Verdi, Donizetti, Mascagni, Mercadante, Berlioz, Meyerbeer, Gounod, Massenet, Halévy and Guiraud.
On the album, Pene Pati is joined by his soprano wife, Amina Edris, his tenor brother Amitai Pati, conductor Emmanuel Villaume, the Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine and the Choeur de l’Opéra National de Bordeaux.
For Pati, the album “showcases my love of the art of storytelling and the emotions it can elicit … As you listen to the album, I hope it takes you on an emotional journey.”
